What educators are saying

I've used many versions of this game over the past few years. Each year my kids LOVE it and it's a fun way to review skills learned. Very highly recommend this game!
We needed to review odd and even for my 3rd graders. This was a fun way to make sure they remembered the difference between even and odd.

Description

If you want an engaging and enjoyable way to teach your students about even and odd numbers, then you should definitely try out Knockout. This exciting math game is designed to keep your children active and mentally sharp! With Knockout, students can practice identifying even and odd numbers up to 120 without feeling like they are in a classroom. The game is set up so that the first player to answer the question correctly can eliminate other players from the game, which adds to the excitement. Get ready to witness the sheer joy on your children's faces as they learn and have fun simultaneously with Knockout!

A QUICK LOOK AT KNOCKOUT™ & HOW IT IS PLAYED

1 - Divide your class into 2 single file lines

2 - Display the first slide

3 - The player at the front of his/her line faces off against the player from the other team: the first player to answer his/her question correctly wins and returns to the end of the line!

4 - The player who does not win goes to sit on the team "bench" to cheer on the team!

BUT WAIT: That's not all.

If a player faces these slides, the following could happen:

✅ Double Free Pass: Both players automatically get to stay in the game!

✅ Double Knockout™: Both players are automatically out!

✅ Knockout™/Free Pass: One player leaves, one stays!

✅ Pick a Pal: Choose a player from the bench to return to the game!

My students loved playing this knockout game. It gave them a chance to show what they know about odds and evens. They are also super competitive, so this really motivates them to participate in class. Great resource!

I used this resource as a review for our lesson on even and odd numbers.  This was their first time playing Knockout and they loved it! They even asked to play it more.  I'm definitely interested in other Knockout games in the future.
