What educators are saying

This has become one of my favorite resources! I love using this as a mini-lesson. It has made my math block run SO smooth and the kids love working in their interactive notebooks!
This is a great resource. The only thing I wish is that it was formatted so I could print 2 per page and use it in a composition book.

Interactive notebooks are a great tool to get kids excited and engaged in their math lessons! These can be used as a resource for students to look back on to refer to and practice skills. They can also be used as a portfolio to view a child’s growth throughout the year. They are a great tool to use for conferences and data. Students will also have a great resource to take home with them at the end of the year!

The numbers from 11 to 19 are composed of a ten and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine ones.
Add within 100, including adding a two-digit number and a one-digit number, and adding a two-digit number and a multiple of 10, using concrete models or drawings and strategies based on place value, properties of operations, and/or the relationship between addition and subtraction; relate the strategy to a written method and explain the reasoning used.
