The end of the year is almost here! Use this END THE YEAR WITH A BANG resource to plan out a fun celebration for your class with ease! All you need is some balloons and printing and you'll have your plans ready to go!

WHEN DO YOU START THE COUNTDOWN?
That's up to you! I like to do one day for each student I have. For example, if I had 24 students, I would do 24 balloons. Each day we have a "student of the day" and they get a special tote of goodies to use. You could also pick a set number and start the countdown at that time, such as the final 10 days.
WHAT'S IN THE BALLOONS?
Inside each balloon is a reward or activity the class will do for the day. Some days its something VERY small (like-everyone gets a jolly rancher or read to self outside.) Often, I pick things I would want to do with the class anyhow and turn them into rewards! Some days there is something bigger (like a room transformation day-think glow day!) I sprinkle those in a so I have time to recover afterwards. ;) The class knows some days will be bigger than others. We talk about enjoying each reward no matter how small and being grateful. After all-you could end the year without any of these things. It's all just an extra way to bring joy and fun!
