End of the year/essential skills Math: Bootcamp

I designed these "bootcamp" themed worksheets as a review of all the major standards and units covered in 5th grade. Worksheets include subtraction with borrowing, order of operations, multi-digit multiplication, rounding, math vocabulary, fractions, decimals, geometry, and word problems. I gave this to my students before state testing as a fun and engaging review- which they loved. This activity is easy to spice up as well. I gave my students eye-black, we marched around the classroom, and used terms such as "attention soldiers" and "at ease soldiers". In addition I provided students with little treats such as "need a burst of energy? Take a star burst" or "Finished a task at bootcamp? Success is sweet take a Hershey kiss".

My students LOVED this activity. We had so much fun and the students learned a lot. It integrates an engaging theme, movement, and math skills into one!
