End of Year Gift Student Gift and Photo Templates: EDITABLE

End of Year Poem Templates

Use these poems to create an end of year gift for your students. Two poems are included: Goodbye and One Of A Kind. They are available in 3 colours (purple, yellow and pink) and in two sizes (A4 portrait and A4 landscape with space for photo).

2024 Calendar Templates

The 2024 Calendar can be used as low prep Christmas or end of year gift. 3 versions are included:

• 4 Seasons- students decorate the trees to represent each of the four seasons. E.g. flowers for spring, green leaves for summer, yellow and orange leaves for fall/autumn and snow for winter.
• Memories and Dreams- students draw or paint a picture to represent a good memory from 2023 and a dream for 2024.
• Blank- students draw or paint any picture they like (e.g. self portrait, family portrait).

Back calendars on thick card for durability. You might also like to use some ribbon or magnetic tape so that the calendar is able to be displayed easily at home.

Class Fingerprint Trees

These are a great end of year memento for you and your class. Choose a tree template, and write student names on the branches. You might also like to add your class name, and teacher name.

Students then colour the template before using green paint to add their fingerprints to each of their classmate's trees.
