Emotional Intelligence: Lesson and Guided Notes

This is a lesson designed to help high schoolers (and potentially middle schoolers) understand actionable strategies to increase their emotional intelligence. I've been a psychology teacher for 10 years and have also done a lot of self-study on the topic of emotional intelligence. So head's up, this content was definitely influenced by Brene Brown. ;) BUT these strategies for increasing emotional intelligence are therapist approved.
