Elementary PE Throwing and Catching Rubric - Fully Editable in Google Docs!

This document allows an elementary PE teacher to fairly evaluate the motor, cognitive, and affective development of students in a PE setting. I created and used this document while I was student teaching, and my professors were impressed. It is a great assessment tool, and also allows you to measure individual student progress throughout the semester.

This document is automatically editable in your own copy of Google Docs! If you wish to use this as Microsoft Word, you can simply click FILE > DOWNLOAD AS > WORD.

In addition, you can give each student a number rather than using their name in order to protect their identity if necessary

There is a simple grading scale of 1 - 3:

3 - Demonstrates all 3 cues with no mistakes

2 - Demonstrates 2 cues with no mistakes

1 - Demonstrates 1 cue with no mistakes

0 - Cannot demonstrate any cues
