Learn about the special sauce- it's ingredients and how it is served- from authentic moleras in Michoacán, Mexico and use this accompanying comprehension activity.

This work can be done in English or Spanish- depending on the needs or how you would like to challenge your students.

The video contains both Spanish and English languages- and a bilingual approach is taken to the written work.

There are multiple choice questions and two higher level questions posed as short essay responses.
