Editable End of the Year Cards from teachers to students

These editable End of the School Year Cards provide a “sweet” way for teachers to thank their students and wish them well as they begin summer break. You can attach them to a small gift (like sunglasses, sidewalk chalk, or bubbles!) or give them on their own! I hope these bright and cheery notes bring a smile to your students’ faces as you finish your school year!

The editable part of this PowerPoint file is your name. Nothing else can be edited. There are text boxes on each card and you can simply add your name into each box. You can also print the cards and hand write your name.

***UPDATED MAY 2021: Are your cards going to be from more than one teacher? By request, I have added a "We" Version this resource. The "We" Version says "We hope you have a sweet summer!" instead of "I hope you have a sweet summer!"

The color ink version can be printed on white card stock. The black ink version can be printed on white or fun bright colors!
