Easy and Fun Tiger Craft, Little Prep

Have students make a fun and easy craft of a tiger. Great complement for lessons on the tiger, Chinese New Year & Year of the Tiger, the Bengal tiger in India, or other Asian studies.

This product includes:

• Craft instructions for making a tiger filled with watercolors and surrounded by colorful leaves of the forest
• Templates to cut out face, body, ears for the tiger
• Sample tiger faces to provide inspiration for students when they draw theirs

Materials to make one tiger craft are: white cardstock (3 sheets makes 2 sets), construction paper measuring 9"x12" for the background (dark colors look best), assorted colors of tissue papers or construction paper for the leaves, black permanent marker like Sharpie, watercolor pan set like Crayola (or diluted liquid watercolors), scissors, and glue stick.
