I teach youth bible study at my church. The group of students that I teach were very engaged in the lesson. It was a great way to add my extra support to the scripture.
These are great with Children's Church! They are so helpful to the little ladies that Volunteer but don't have the means to get something together for a full month!

Description

This set of four Bible Lessons written to tell the Easter story is perfect for kids' church, Sunday School, home school, Christian schools, and more. This no prep themed teaching pack will walk children through Holy Week and show them how Jesus sacrificed His life for us and rose again! While these lessons and coloring sheets are designed to be used in consecutive order to teach the Story of Easter to your preschool-kindergartners, they could also be picked up at a moment’s notice and used for any need!

Student Experience: Students will take a walk through Holy Week as they learn the true meaning of Easter. With each carefully written, kid-friendly story from the Bible, students will hear this unit's theme and how much God loves them. You'll be able to question their understanding with the comprehension questions provided. Then, they have the opportunity to color a page designed with art specific to the story and this age group. Some stories also include a related craftivity. Throughout the month, students will be learning the memory verse, and you can reward them at the end of the month with some Easter candy. The cute tag you'll need is provided here! The unit concludes with review and a few more hands-on activities - all with the Bible verses right on the page.

Included:

- memory verse tickets

- monthly overview/schedule, letter to parents, notes for the teacher

- four kid-friendly stories (The Journey and Last Supper, The Garden and Betrayal, The Old Rugged Cross, and The Resurrection) with follow-up questions
