Description

The Easter Bible Story comes to life with this 24-page play all about the events leading up to Jesus death and his resurrection! Students will act out the Bible story of Holy Week including Jesus' triumphant entry, the Last Supper, Jesus before Pilate, his death, burial, and resurrection! Characters include: Jesus, Peter, James, John, Mary of Bethany, Martha, Lazarus, Mary Magdalene, Pilate, Nicodemus, etc. I have taken the script from the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and interwoven them to tell the story. This is the most wonderful story you can share with your students: the resurrection of Jesus - He is Risen!

Note: The script can also be used as Readers' Theater (simply disregard the stage directions).
