It is recommended that pages be used as a supplement to lessons or storybooks about the individual, but of course is not necessary and is up to you. Since little ones love a storytime, I think this is a great product to supplement that! Bound books with a bookbinder make a great year-round Black history product for your students to continue their learning. I’ve kept the pictures large enough for little ones to color once they are finished copying, and the sentences simple enough to not overwhelm little hands.
Want to display your students' pages? Use this Black History Bulletin Board Set for a great header!
