• Therapy Intervention Handouts: Forms and handouts to support planning and delivery of routines-based intervention sessions.
  Includes: Caregiver-Coaching FAQs handout (great for sharing with parents/caregivers at the start of therapy), therapy rating scales (pre- and post-therapy intervention), Joint Planning sheet, parent/caregiver reflection sheets, a daily routines and activities list, a blank first words record sheet, a blank early gestures record sheet, and a blank first signs record sheet are all included, to support the delivery of your routines-based caregiver coaching sessions. • Use the rating scales to monitor progress/help with planning before and after therapy intervention.
• Use the Joint Plan sheet to support therapy planning with the parent/caregiver.
• Provide the parent/caregiver with either of the reflection sheets during/after sessions to guide self-reflection.
• Use the daily routines and activities list to get an idea of the type of routines the family does at home.
• Give parents/caregivers the first words, gestures, and/or signs lists so they can track their child’s progress.
• Use the handouts for parents and caregivers during caregiver-coaching sessions.
