What educators are saying

Great fast finisher for 3rd. I haven't really looked at it since I have moved to 5th. I think it would probably be more engaging for my lower 5th graders however they are not fast finishers.

Find Answers to Your Questions About Fast Finisher Activities:

✋ What is Early Finisher's Scuba Club?

    • After reading From Snorkelers to Scuba Divers in the Elementary Science Classroom: Strategies and Lessons That Move Students Toward Deeper Learning I continued thinking about the difference between snorkeling and scuba diving in my classroom. I wanted to provide students with opportunities to deepen their learning. This scuba kit is the perfect year-long challenge for 3rd-5th graders, especially “Fast Finishers” and Gifted and Talented students.

✋ How do you celebrate students’ achievements in Scuba Club?

    • Check out my bundle and receive a bonus file for decorating a bulletin board in your classroom for Scuba Club! Students can earn stickers for their chart (my students keep these in their binders) and get their name on the classroom Scuba Board for completing challenges. This product creates an amazing portfolio for students to keep at the end of the year, too!

✋ How do you organize these papers?

    • I print a set at the beginning of the school year. Then, I hang them in a filing cabinet. I teach students expectations for using the filing cabinet, choosing a challenge, and working on it until it was complete. You can use these solely for enrichment and choose not to grade each activity to save time.
