What educators are saying

This was so time-saving for me! I printed in color on card stock and laminated, added magnets, and used them on my whiteboards. I love that I can edit as well. I added Essential Questions to go with the Essential Vocabulary terms.
These are GREAT! I love the visuals instead of just words. Helps my students relate the picture and the word.

    Description

This Early American History Word Wall Bundle will be a meaningful addition to your classroom decor and help reinforce key vocabulary words that students will learn about throughout the year! It covers events ranging from the First Americans through the Civil War, which are concepts often taught during 7th grade US History or in the first half of a United States history class at the high school level. Save over 30% by purchasing these word walls together in this bundle!

Use this bundle to help reinforce your vocabulary instruction for diverse learners by allowing students to repeatedly engage with definitions and images of key terms from each unit. You can display individual target words for a specific lesson, hang up a complete set as a reference tool, or even build a growing word wall so students can visualize their accumulating knowledge throughout the year!

Editable Google Slideshows have been included with all of the words and images. If you like, edit the definitions, pictures, or even the words themselves, and present the words to your students or post on Google Classroom!

All of the included cards are available in both a color version and a (mostly) black and white version. These easy-to-read cards are ready to print and display in your classroom!

All cards include the word itself, the definition, and a historical image or photograph to help your visual learners better understand the word. The cards come two to a page, which means the dimensions of each card are about 5 inches tall and 8 inches wide (assuming you cut off the white border on the edge of the page).
