Description
The key to help our students improve their reading is not by teaching them the skills, but by teaching them to think! These close reading passages will help your students grow in skills as they think before they read, think while they read, and think after they read. These are especially helpful for English language learners because the passages work on vocabulary along with reading comprehension.
