What educators are saying

I really liked the powerpoint presentation. The information was very thorough and exactly what I needed to get my 8th grade honors class ready to learn how to embed quotes into their own sentences. The worksheets were also engaging and gave the students a structure opportunity to practice the sill.
My students enjoyed this resource! This was great for filling in the holes in their learning. Thank you!

Description

Learning how to embed quotations is an important process to teach students, as most ELA curricula stresses the importance of students' ability to analyze texts (both literary and non-fiction), and then respond to them, citing textual evidence when doing so. Therefore, students need to become familiar with embedding quotations within their writing in order to formulate concise and effective arguments, and to help them write mature, fluent essays.
