EDITABLE Lesson Plan Template (Google Docs)

This lesson plan template can be used for all grades and subjects. It is setup to work for daily schedules or block schedules. I use this template for all my Algebra 1 classes. It is easy to use and it is very helpful to see your plans on one page. You can either copy the table to a new document or you can just add it to the bottom of the document and keep planning for a simple and easy way to keep your lessons in one place. I use the smaller tables as place holders for special event days, early release days, or no school days. For the accommodations portion, the boxes cannot be checked so I use the highlighting tool to indicate which ones are being used for each lesson. The notes section is a great place to reflect about what strategies worked during the lesson or which specific accommodations were provided to each student.
