What educators are saying

This resource helped my library look beautiful, organized and ready for my students to use efficiently. I love that the labels were editable so I could create my own genre and categories for each bin of books. Love this!
I love this resource. I used it alongside another I purchased and if you love Harry Potter this entire thing is so useful to complete the theme in your library. It includes tons of pre done labels and one that is editable which was awesome.

Description

Ready to turn your class of muggles into reading wizards? These Harry Potter inspired book bin labels will have your readers running to your classroom library even quicker than Hermione!

J.K. Rowling said it best, "If you don't like to read, you haven't found the right book." By organizing your library into eye-catching labeled baskets, your students will be excited to browse and easily locate texts based on their interests and/or reading level.

⭐️ Resource Highlights:

  • Provides multiple options to categorize the books in your upper elementary classroom
  • Includes pre-made library labels PLUS templates you can customize for your individual needs
  • These 4" x 6" labels fit perfectly on small plastic milk crates or bins [Bonus: designed to save paper by printing 2 labels per page]

What's Included:

  • PDF file with 110 printable book bin labels, including:
    • 38 Just Right Books labels [Guided reading levels A-Z]
    • 28 Books by Series labels

✏️ Tips & Tricks:

  • Print the library labels on parchment colored cardstock for an extra magical touch!
  • The editable text box in the customizable templates might revert to a standard font. To get the same look as the pre-made labels, you can download and use the special font listed in the Powerpoint slide notes.
  • Color-code Your Library - Use different basket colors [i.e. books in blue bins are organized by genre, books in green bins are organized by level] and/or dot stickers on books [i.e. blue dot = level M, orange dot = level Q] to assist students with finding and returning books.
