This resource was perfect for my costume unit. The students really enjoyed the project, and I will definitely use it again. Thank you!
This was a great resource for my students who were designing costumes for our show. It got them thinking about what they wanted their costumes to look like and they loved that they were able to add the design right to the page. Great Resource - will use again! Thank you!

Description

This is the basic "go to" template that I use for any performances in drama class that have costumes. It's part of the "technical theatre" info they learn and use in high school drama class.

They have to draw on the body template, in colour, and add any notes.

They fill in point-form notes on the right, examining the costume from HEAD-TO-TOE.

It really helps them with planning it out - and seeing how the little things can make a huge difference.

TIP - I explain to them that, in theory, if they gave this sheet to the director or costume designer, he or she should be able to visualize your character completely, and have no questions to ask about any of the garments!
