How to Make Tacos for a Dragon Writing Bundle

Dragon Taco Number Task Cards

Dragon Taco ABC Task Cards

About This Resource:

  • This is a mini bundle that pairs well with a taco or dragon themed read aloud, but could also be used as a stand-alone activity, or worked into an informational/how-to writing unit. This is not an entire unit on it's own. Please see the previews to know what is included.
  • I recommend pairing this with a read aloud and using it as a 4-5 day writing lesson where students brainstorm, plan, draft, revise, edit, and publish their writing.
  • It would be so much fun to end the week with a taco bar/fiesta to allow students to celebrate and share their writing pieces! :)

This resource includes:

  • A brainstorming sheet
  • 2 planning sheets (an option with primary lines is included)
  • 6 differentiated writing sheets (3 with primary lines included)
