Description
Distance Learning - Printable Mother’s Day card craft with two parts:
- Decorate a Bouquet by painting fingerprints for flower petals and leaves.
- Cute questions for a child to fill in the blanks or dictate what they THINK they know about their mom. Child’s precious answers become a keepsake because children are often clueless (and their guesses are funny!) about their mom’s age, weight, and favorites.
I was feeling so sad because this year I can't do these with my class, so I figured - instead children can do them WITH their Moms. So I'm attaching this craft and emailing it with our distance learning stuff. Here's my sentiments to the parents:
"As Mother’s Day approaches, I really miss your children and the crafts we would usually do together. So I invite you to "interview" your child on the Mother’s Day Card I'm attaching, and help your child decorate the bouquet with crayons or "marker fingerprints" for flower petals and leaves!"
I adapted our Traditional Card into a one pager all on one side (easier than double sided for home printing and it can be saved in a keepsake book or framed with all the artwork on one side.)
