Discussion Activity - Video Task Cards Activity for Millennials in the Workplace: Foster meaningful discussions about the challenges facing millennials in the workplace with this thought-provoking video task card activity. Inspired by Simon Sinek's insights on the factors affecting millennial happiness and fulfillment, this resource guides students through a dynamic group discussion centered on four key issues: parenting, technology, impatience, and environment. Students will watch a short video clip (YouTube required) presenting Sinek's perspectives and then collaborate in groups to explore 12 thought-provoking statements raised by Sinek. After engaging in group dialogue, students will individually select a statement that resonates with them and complete a reflective response assignment.

➡️ Video Clip Link: Students will watch a video by Simon Sinek where he shares his insights on the factors affecting millennial happiness and fulfillment, focussing on four key issues: parenting, technology, impatience, and environment.

➡️ Video Discussion Cards: Students will discuss the video using these 12 discussion task cards that include thought-provoking statements from the video that will elicit debate and discussion.

➡️ Reflection Writing Assignment: After the discussion, students will complete this one page reflection writing assignment where they dive more deeply into one of the discussion card quotes.
