What educators are saying

This was a life saver for online learning! We used it everyday during our whole class morning meeting to kick off the day. It gave our online morning a similar structure to face to face learning. Great resource with a variety of pages that can be used for face to face as well.
I love this resource for morning activities before they get brain bins. The kids really like the activities and so did my administration.

Description

Begin each day with these YEAR LONG digital morning work slides for first grade. Students will learn various literacy concepts as they engage in bell work activities that alter each weekday and teachers will love how easily they can begin their morning routines with NO PREP daily prompts.

These digital morning work slides focus on literacy and writing skills and make for a great alternative to daily journals. The ready to go bell ringers allow teachers to accomplish their start of the school day tasks, while students independently complete the challenge of the day.

BOTH Google Slides™ and PDF files are included.

A blank editable template for each day of the week is also included in PowerPoint (note the headers and clipart cannot be changed)!

Share your screen or project these slides onto your interactive whiteboard.

REVIEWS FROM FELLOW TEACHERS:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Literally the BEST part of our mornings. My students loved walking in every day to the prompts. Perfect for getting them settled in before announcements. Perfect for 'bell work' and eventually they get used to what's coming up and were eager for the activities/prompts! Saved me a lot of time in the AM! Will reuse over and over again in my slides! - Venezia I.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great way to get the day started with my first graders after we came back to school after 7 months of digital learning! It helped them get some extra practice writing outside of our writing block. Thank you for the simple and fun daily slides :) - Ren O.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a great source! My students loved the variety of daily activities! Love quiet slow mornings where students are engaged and enjoying their activity! - Darlene C
