Description

How can one school counselor possibly meet with all students? These read-made, low prep, and easy to use digital forms allow you gather data quickly and meet and greet with each student individually.

What are Minute Meetings?

Minute Meetings allow you to check in with a large amount of students in a shorter period of time. If you have a goal to see all your students at least once or twice a year; Minute Meetings are the way to go. Not only do the students get a quick one-on-one with you, but you can also gather data on student needs and school climate to inform your practice. The Questions in these minute meetings are inspired by the A.S.K. Data Collection Model found in Hatching Results.
This resource includes Google forms for all 3 Grade Levels: 6th, 7th, and 8th.
