Description
The Color-Coded Behavior System lives on a google sheet (similar to excel) and operates similarly to the Color-Coded Pocket Card System. The main objective of this product is to provide teachers with a classroom management tool that can be used during remote learning. The behavior system is based on four colors: Green, Blue, Yellow, Red.
(Can Be Customized To Fit Your Classroom Needs)
Green - The student is on task
Blue - The student received a warning
Yellow - The student received multiple warnings
Red - The student will benefit from behavioral support intervention from a specialist.
Teachers are able to use this tool to strategically monitor and track the behaviors of their students. To use this tool, all a teacher would have to do is input the names of the students in their class where it reads “Students name”. Using the dropdown menu in each cell (within the section of the behavior chart), the teacher preselects the green option for all students at the beginning of the school day. As the day progresses, the teacher uses the tool to monitor behavior by using the drop-down menu (within the section of the behavior chart) to reflect the behaviors (green, blue, yellow, red) of specific students.
