Description
Use this two-page worksheet to teach the main rules of writing dialogue in a story. Each rule has examples. Then, at the end, students practice writing their own conversation using correct dialogue (includes student example written conversation using correct dialogue). Students can write a conversation on their own (to a friend, family member, celebrity, cartoon character, etc.) or students can share a Google doc and collaborate by writing a conversation together! This was so much fun for my students!
