What educators are saying

This was a great resource to use in my middle school life skills support classroom. The students found it engaging and enjoyed completing the activity daily.
This is a great resource. In my mixed speech groups., we have a word of the week. Language students work on defining and describing, articulation students work on carryover of their speech sounds.

(Visuals are included with questions.)

This type of vocabulary instruction incorporates the use of core words to describe objects. This technique is beneficial for early communicators and students who use AAC devices. Students with devices can practice finding core words while completing this file folder activity.

This task can be differentiated easily by minimizing the field size of pictures to choose from to answer the questions.
