This document includes 7 signs/posters for your classroom in order to teach decoding strategies for the meanings of unknown words.

The 7 strategies are...

Each poster includes a definition, example, explanation, and a graphic. There is also a handout with the same information for students to use as a reference, as well as a smaller bookmark size handout.

Also, included are half sheet signs/posters with just the strategy name.
