Description

Does progress monitoring stress you out? As a special education teacher, progress monitoring can *quickly* get out of hand. Usually, it’s because we don’t have the tools and resources we need to make it happen.

When I first started teaching, I would progress monitor every three weeks. I collected GREAT data, if I do say so myself. However, it was time-consuming and typically required me to STOP instruction in order to progress monitor.

What was the point?

In all honesty, I feel like all I accomplished that year was progress monitoring.

Very little instruction was happening, because I was always collecting data on my IEP goals.

Can you relate?!

Now, I do things a little differently.

Instead of spending all that time collecting data, what if you could just “do your thing” everyday and get the data you need.

You can collect data through games and your daily routines and allow that data to work for you instead of against you.

Here's What’s Inside:

  • Word Lists for Various Decoding Patterns
  • Tracking Sheets for Notes and Data
    • Data Booklets for Individual Students

  • Nonsense Word Lists

Your students with decoding goals will suddenly be so much easier to progress monitor.

Whether you decide to have students read lists of words from flash cards or play games to practice their words, you’ll have everything you need to get the job done.
