Vowel Teams Covered: ai/ay, ee/ea/ey, igh/ie, oa/ow/oe, oo/ui/ew/ue
The focus of the student Practice Work is to have students engage with the vowel teams above based on placement rules and generalizations as well as to expose them to 2 and 3 syllable words which might contain the long vowel sound. The Reader's Theater side sticks to 1-2 syllable words containing the long vowel teams.
Use these for literacy centers, small remediation groups, early finishers, sub plans, or when you need a break from routine phonics lessons.
