Description
This is a streamlined data sheet that can be used to collect data on behaviors (both "expected" and "unexpected") during work period in the general education classroom.
There are sections for the type of activity (whole group, small group, partner work, independent work), behavior exhibited, and prompts needed to engage with the work (I placed a caveat that the prompts to attend should not be counted for engagement. If you would like this sheet with out that note, let me know).
It is a simple checklist model that can be used by special education teachers, general educations teachers, and/or para-educators.
