"Daily" Social Studies Template

I began teaching social studies this year and one thing I found helpful is asking my students a "daily" question as it helps them get adjusted and focused as the period begins. I also like the idea of them turning-in one sheet that is easy to correct/grade, every three weeks. I emphasize coming up with their own title based on the question. I always post the "daily" question using a document camera and a projector. The question is related to the subject we are currently discussing/learning about. The worksheet allows for students to record a date, title (which they come up with) and an answer. We then discuss the question for a few minutes. The worksheet I use is made for a four day school week, however I have included a sheet for a five day school week as well. The preview is a true "preview," whereas the template has multiple cells for three weeks. I hope the worksheet is helpful!
