Description

A weekly student behavior log that is given to students at the start of every week. At the end of each day, the students use this log to keep track of their daily behavior. They fill it out with how they feel they did that day and then the teacher adds how s/he feels that student did.

Categories for monitoring include:
- Entered class appropriately/Got right to work
- Stayed in seat/Asked permission to leave seat
- Followed directions (2 reminders or less)
- Gave best effort to all activities

At the end there is room for self-reflection on what went well or not so well each week and room for student/teacher conferencing.

Chart is for Monday-Thursday to allow for a Friday "reward" day based upon the positive behaviors charted Monday-Thursday.

Perfect to use with Learning Support and Emotional Support classrooms where behavior can hinder learning.

Takes approximately 10 minutes at the end of each class to use in a class of 10 students or less.
