Description
This is a digital music unit that allows students to learn about each of the Elements of Music through the free website "Drumbit.app". This unit highlights Overall Curriculum Expectations 1 and 2 in the Ontario Music Curriculum. Students will learn how to use the website and show their understanding of each element through a formative exit ticket at the end of each lesson. There is also a culminating activity that has students composing, notating, and analyzing music through Drumbit.
This unit includes:
- 6 lessons (covers 1-2 elements per lesson)
- Show what you learned exit tickets at the end of each lesson
- Culminating Assignment
- Final Success Criteria & Rubric
