Description

Students love working their way through these interactive, fun Escape Rooms. This Digital Escape Room on Customer Service Skills includes six challenges. Students can work through in groups or on their own. They move from station to station until all questions have been answered correctly. This escape room has been created using Google Forms and is self checking.

There is absolutely no preparation required for the teacher.

A scenario is presented that sees the student stuck in a locked room. Their Manager won’t let them out until they have proved their customer service skills. There are 6 Stations that need to be completed by students to prove that they can build relationships with valued clients.

The challenges include:

  • Station 1: Customer Service Phrases
  • Station 2: Active Listener Gap Fill
  • Station 3: Matching Acronym Activity
  • Station 4: Customer Service Tips
  • Station 5: Video – Dealing with an Angry Customer
  • Station 6: Crack the Code Customer Service Vocabulary

To move to next station students must input a code derived from the tasks.
