Cross Curricular Reading and SS Causes of the Civil War

Students will read a passage about the issues that caused the Civil War in a humorous format. The students will read about 10 reasons as well use charts and graphs to analyze the advantages each side held. Students will also analyze the popular and electoral vote counts through graphs and charts. Two DBQ (Document Based Questions) are also included for students to identify/infer POV, purpose and audience. There are 22 questions in this selection.
