Oh No! Pirates have attacked our small ship and now we are sinking!
Your students will have to use critical thinking in order to be successful under pressure. Not only do they have to quickly choose 20 items to help them survive until help arrives, but they must learn how to persuade their partner to agree with them.

Lesson Suggestion: Once the students have agreed upon 20 items, I would suggest having them create a graphic organizer that displays their choices. I would also encourage them to include their reasoning for choosing the item. I have included links to Inspiration, Lucid Chart, and Mindmomo and a link to a Graphic Organizer made with Google Drawings.
