    Get students close reading and making inferences with this bundle of four of my creepy Inference Reading Passages products: John Mortonson's Funeral, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, The Picture of Dorian Gray, and Dracula. Plus, includes my free product The Feather Pillow Inference Reading Passage.

    Students will read a 2-3pg short stories/text excerpts, stopping at the stop signs to answer inference and evidence-based questions. Questions ask students to make inferences, support inferences with evidence, make predictions, and infer the meaning of vocabulary words using context clues. Use for independent practice, extra practice, homework, remediation, stations, or subwork. Answer key included. Great for Halloween as well!
