Create Your Own Caricature - A Self Portrait Drawing Template

What educators are saying
Description
Students can now create their own caricatures with these templates! This is a fun self-portrait drawing activity for the beginning of the year or end of the year. I have been using these caricatures for years with my fourth and fifth-grade students, and it is one of our favorite activities from the school year!
Students draw themselves as a cartoon and then I use them as an all about me self-portrait for our back-to-school bulletin board display or place them in end-of-the-year memory books.
These Caricature Templates Include:
- 14 different templates that students can trace over
- Includes: face shapes, hair, eyes, noses, lips, bodies, and accessories
- I staple the templates into a packet and then my students trace over the template on copy paper
- My students always start with the templates and then they use their creativity. They come out amazing!!
- Since some of the templates are a little more intricate, I suggest using this with grades 3 and up.
