Crazy Connect the dots Dot to Dot German numbers to 80

NO PREP reading activity that can be used when working on learning numbers in German. This can be a challenging activity as students won't know initially what the design is so they can't predict the order of the numbers. They will also NOT be connecting all of the dots.

What’s included in this product:

5 different connect the dot pages:

• 1 for numbers 1-35
• 1 for numbers 1-45
• 1 for numbers 1-50
• 1 for numbers 1-60
• 1 for numbers 1-80

Each features a different design when completed.

• An answer key is included for each picture page.

How to use this activity:

• Students can work independently to complete the dot-to-dot. They will not be connecting all of the dots. They need to follow the order of the numbers that is given at the bottom of each sheet. Directions are included in English on each page.
• Working with younger students who are pre-readers? This can be a teacher-led listening activity. Distribute one of the pages and then read the numbers out loud while students work to connect the dots.

I've used these types of activities with students as young as kindergarten all the way through novice language learners in high school. My kindergartners enjoy coloring in the picture after we have completed the design.
