What educators are saying

Love Crash Course and the ease of these worksheets. I do wish they were separated with answer and worksheet for easier combine and printing

Description

Crash Course and is the brain-child of vlogbrothers Hank and John Green. It is a YouTube channel that addresses a wide variety of topics. While John covers the historical and literature side, brother Hank covers the science side. Each “Crash Course” video is 10-15 minutes long and quick a succinct recap of concepts you would cover in one of your classes. Each video is very well done and tries to meet students at their level. After forming a partnership with PBS Digital Studios, Crash Course has been able to expand their offerings. In Crash Course Astronomy, author and “Bad Astronomy” blogger Phil Plait introduces students to a huge variety of concepts. From the simpler ideas of observing the night sky to the crazy, theoretical world of dark energy. The content is geared toward a more AP/early college level, however my Junior/Senior Astronomy students have gotten A LOT from the videos. An answer key for each video is included. Files are in .doc and .pdf formats.
