Coterminal Angles Self-Checking Differentiated Partner Worksheet Activity

Looking for an engaging assignment to practice finding coterminal angles? These self-checking partner worksheets will have students find coterminal angles in degrees and radians. This assignment also encourages students to work collaboratively, engage in discussion, and check their work. How it works:

• Assign students a partner and have them choose who will complete column A and column B
• Students will work on their own unique problems, and compare their answers with their partner. If the solutions are the same, they are correct and may move on. If they disagree, have them trade papers and check each other’s work.

Content features:

Version A

• Students will be given a positive or negative angle in degrees.
• Students will need to find a coterminal angles that lies between 0˚ and 360˚.

Version B

• Students will be given a positive or negative angle in radians.
• Students will need to find a coterminal angle that lies between 0 and 2π.
