    Cornell notes are an outstanding way to teach students skills and organizational strategies for note taking. This product consists of a blank template for any standard to be taught as well as standards RL.6.1, RL.6.2. RL.6.3, RL.6.4, RL.6.5, RL.6.6, RL.6.7, RL.6.9, RL.6.10 note pages. Each Cornell note page contains the standard being taught, vocabulary, notes, a summary of the standard, and question stems. These question stems can be used for assessment purposes as a pre-assessment of the standard, a formative assessment of the standard, or a post assessment of the standard. You may copy the blank template and complete the notes together or provide the notes so you can highlight key parts and annotate in the margins.
