Conversation Hearts Graphing

Valentine's Day is quickly approaching so use this cute flipchart to graph conversation hearts with your students. It has a class activity and an independent/group worksheet activity. The only thing not included is the conversation hearts that you give to your students! The difficulty level can easily be altered to a lower or higher level depending on your needs.
