These contraction foldables are perfect for interactive student notebooks (ISNs) and an new twist on traditional contraction flashcards (that aren't as easily lost--yay)! Includes 62 different contractions, using the words will, would, have, has, had, are, is, and not. Students cut out these foldables and glue them into their student notebooks using the easy to understand glue lines and directions. Makes great study guides, flashcards, and reference for the year. You can even post these on word walls, so the whole class has a posted reference for writing contractions!

Directions:
Print/copy all foldable pages back-to-back in color or black & white.
*If using these foldables with an interactive notebook, shrink the pages to 85%, and they will fit perfectly!

Cut the foldable around the outside (solid) lines.
Cut on the horizontal dotted lines on the right side of the pages to make your flaps. Fold the flaps inward.

Use as is, OR
attach to interactive student notebook (ISN) by
flipping the page over to the side with a rectangle. Follow the directions that say,
”Glue inside this rectangle.”
Leaving the flaps free to move, adhere page to student notebook.
