Description

73 pages of consonant and vowel practice, covering all 220 Dolch words and 37 phonics rules.

Students will read, trace, and write each word before using their colors to make a rainbow word, using black for vowels and colors for consonants - all of which are listed at the top of each page. Each page has 10 words. There are 18 pages covering the 220 Dolch words and more than 45 pages covering 37 phonics rules. This unit is a great resource for teachers AND students. Teachers have ready-made weekly spelling lists, independent practice sheets, and fun (yet effective) homework sheets. Students now have a new way to practice spelling words while becoming familiar with vowels and consonants – all with color!
