Description
This community project completes your study on community helpers by having everything at your fingertips to include child, family, and community into student learning. This resource meets technology, literacy, math, and social studies standards and National Boards standards. Students build with their families a community building using a rubric to follow that incorporates learning standards. Students present their community building to their peers. Their peers use the rubric to assess their community building. Accumulating the community building, their community, and land forms into one project. Families and students have enjoyed this project every year. I hope you do as well.
