Description

The purpose of this Power Point is to teach the difference in common and proper nouns, with a focus on the capitalization rules for proper nouns. Great for distance learning!

Teaches:

-special titles (Mr., Mrs. Captain, Jr., etc)

There are 10 sentences with various mistakes. The slide following each sentence show mistakes.

It meets the following standards:

2nd Grade: CCSS.ELA-Literacy.L.2.2a Capitalize holidays, product names, and geographic names.
